Coronavirus Response: 2020-2021 Instructional Planning
As the Calendar Implementation Task Force continued their work and drafts for the Return of Pirate Nation plan were being circulated, it became clear that an ad hoc Faculty Senate Task Force on Instruction was needed to fill in gaps in information for faculty returning to face-to-face teaching on campus in the 2020-2021 academic year. Chair of the Faculty Jeff Popke and Chair-elect Purificación Martínez invited members of relevant University Standing Committees and administrative offices to collaborate and develop additional guidance to help faculty navigate their instructional responsibilities in a challenging academic environment.
